Summer Day Camp

Horses have been the central focus in programs offered at Rocky Top Ranch for kids and adults for over a quarter century. Summer Day Camp offers weekly sessions to teach the basics of horsemanship to kids from 7 years old and older. Sessions are limited enrollment (10 per class). Kids work on the "buddy system" and become a team with their horse, gaining confidence self-awareness and discipline while having a great time.

Horsemanship not only includes riding the horse, but teaching safety, grooming, tacking, feeding, bathing and barn management...a week of fun and new friendships! The day ends with a dip in the pool to get off the trail dust.

A complete course for future horse owners!
Tuition - $275                      Deposit - $75
8:30 to 4:30                  Ages 7 and older
